Ross Wilson, Strategic Advisor

Ross Wilson has built a career around offering advice and support to entrepreneurs from start ups through to maturity and exit.  A number of these have become market leaders in their industries.

He led the UK’s fastest growing accountancy practice for over 20 years before leading its sale to RSM Tenon in 2000.  After some six years chairing the Southern Region of RSM Tenon, he joined Wilson Partners Limited in 2008 an accountancy and business advisory firm started by his sons, Allan and Chris Wilson.  The firm is achieving outstanding growth and now turns over approximately £1.6 million from a standing start with a team of around 20 and growing at 30% per annum.  The firm has achieved a number of prestigious awards during its short life.

Ross has been advising ambitious growing SMEs for over three decades including, chairing many board meetings, and bringing his own inimitable style, his knowledge, his experience and his network as part of assisting the growth of every part of the firm’s clients.  As he says “the numbers are really important but the people even more so!”
